bend single short wire in center and place about 5 inches from end of 2 long wires
|
|
|
|
twist the single wire on around and squeeze tight with flat pliers to hold in place
|
|
|
|
flip over and place glob on top of knobby part of intersection
|
|
|
|
|
|
holding glob in place over knobby spot twist the short (5") double wire part over the top of the glob
|
|
|
|
bend single wire down over where double wire went behind glob. Bend 90° angle in double wire so it points up from glob when viewed from front
|
|
|
|
rotate up and do the same on the long double wire part

grasp single wire one one side
|

bend up and twist close to side of glob
|
|

pull up to double wire and twist around it from behind. tighten twist with flat pliers.

finish wrap on front and clip excess (you will cover clip with curl)

make a curl to cover ugly wrap

finish curl and start curve around side of glob toward 5" double wire at top

wrap around top (5" double wire) tightening wrap with flat pliers, ending on front

make curl at top to cover ugly wraps

|
|
|
finish curl and wrap on around side of glob

|
|
|
hold wire to bottom and decide how much to cut off to make finish easier

bend 5" double length over something rounded - I use round nose pliers
